Text Message (SMS) Terms

FMI Patient Notifications is the text-messaging program of Functional Medical Institute. If you agree to receive texts, we send messages about your account and care with us: sign-in codes you request, order and shipping updates, payment receipts and failed-payment notices, program and proposal reminders, and supplement reorder reminders. We do not send promotional texts.

You can agree to receive texts by ticking the text-message box when you create a store account or in your account settings at functionaldr.store, or on our patient intake paperwork. Agreeing is optional and is never a condition of purchase or of care.

Message frequency varies with your account activity, typically a few messages a month.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You can also turn texts off in your account settings or by contacting us. To start again, reply START or turn texts back on in your account.

Sign-in codes are sent only when you request one. If you opt out, you can still sign in by email.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
